Our goal is to make your shopping experience easy, enjoyable and beneficial. Occasionally products need to be returned for one reason or another. We want to make that experience as convenient as possible. The following is our Return Policy:
Returning a Product Under Manufacturer's Warranty:
To benefit from the full protection of the manufacturer's warranty, the product must be returned directly to the manufacturer. The manufacturer's warranty information and phone number is included with the product. When you call the manufacturer's Customer Service Department, a representative will assist you with their return procedure and warranty program.
Returning a Product Damaged in Shipping:
Occasionally a product will get damaged in shipping. If this has happened to your order please contact us at 205.752.0461 or you may e-mail us at email@example.com. We will assist you in filing the claim with the shipper who shipped your order. A call tag will need to be issued for the shipper to pick up the damaged merchandise. To expedite the process, please keep the item in its original packaging.
Returning a Product for Other Reasons:
We'll be glad to accept returns for other reasons provided the product is in perfect working order, is still in its original condition and container and you return it within 30 days of receipt. In order to process your return rapidly and correctly please follow the steps below:
Please call our Internet Sales Customer Service Department at 205.752.0461 and ask to receive a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#). Document the information below and include it with your shipment.

- Customer Name
- Address, City, State, Zip
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- Reason for returning
- A copy of your invoice
Include a copy of your invoice showing your purchase.
Return the product to us via UPS Insured. For non-UPS items, please call our Customer Service number to arrange for return shipment. All returns should be sent to:

When we have received your return, we will credit the card that was used to make the purchase. You will be credited the full price of the product and any applicable tax less a 20% restocking fee. We will notify you via E-mail of your refund.
Our return center cannot process exchanges. If you've found another item on our website you'd prefer, please place a separate order for the new item and return the unwanted one under the terms of our Return Policy.

Shipping & Availability Information
Occasionally, items ordered can not ship by the shipping method selected at the time the order was placed. If this situation occurs you will be contacted & provided with an alternate shipping method.
If the alternate shipping method is acceptable, you will be quoted a new shipping rate. With your approval the order will ship by the alternate shipping method. You will then be credited or debited, whichever applies, the difference in the shipping charge.
If the alternate shipping method is not acceptable you will be credited all applicable charges associated with the item(s) ordered.
Occasionally, items ordered will be out of stock. If this situation arises you will be notified that the item is unavailable. You will be credited all applicable charges associated with the out of stock item.
